Photographer Brian Randall, longtime life partner of Sandra Bullock, passed away on August 5, 2023 after a three-year battle with ALS.

His family told People magazine that he had been battling ALS for some time, a condition he never wanted to talk about publicly.

The statement explains: “It is with great sadness that we announce that Brian Randall passed away peacefully on August 5 after a three-year battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Brian decided from the start to keep his ALS journey a secret, and we did our best to honor his request.“.
The family continued to strain,We are immensely grateful to the doctors who fought this disease with us, never giving up, and the incredible nurses who became our roommates, sacrificing time with their families to be with us. At this time, we ask that you respect our privacy in order to mourn and accept the impossible task of saying goodbye to Brian.“.

Romance with an actress
Sandra Bullock first met Randall, a photographer who also worked as a model in the past, when the artist photographed the actress’s son Louis in January 2015 on his birthday.
They then started dating and attended the wedding of Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux together.
In 2021, the actress said: “I found the love of my life. We have two wonderful children, three with a daughter, and this is the best thing in the world.“.
