Thousands of people called him that, but he didn’t like the nickname. While he did have a winning mentality, he never expected to be better than some of the quarterbacks he faced during his 23-year career. “I never thought, ‘Hey, I want to be better than Peyton Manning or Brett Favre.’. These people are incredible, impressive and talented. “I learned a lot from them,” he admits.
