It’s already available to stream NOW this morning and will air late every Monday evening on Sky Atlantic. Idol. New Sky Exclusive series starring The Weeknd and Lily-Rose Depp. For now, the episodes will be available in their original version with Italian subtitles. Instead, the first episode, dubbed into our language, will air on June 12 at 10:00 pm.

Idol was presented in the world premiere at the 76th Cannes Film Festival and already claims to be one of the most talked about cult series of the year. In fact, it has generated countless controversies and scandals on the topics covered. Lily-Rose Depp plays Jocelyn, a singer obsessed with reclaiming her rightful place as America’s biggest pop star after a nervous breakdown derails her latest tour. Abandoned by her mother’s organ, Jocelyn’s brilliant career fails. The harsh law of business, however, does not know rest, and its management imposes a new tour and a new record. Rekindling the twisted and unhealthy passion will be Tedros (played by The Weeknd), a nightclub manager with a dark and hazy past. A man as charming as he is dangerous, who will drag Jocelyn into a tornado of poisonous recklessness. Will she be able to get out or will she be sucked in? We’ll only know when we get to the last episode.
