the sequel will again be directed by Gibsonwhere Jim Caviezel reprises his role as Jesus, whose miraculous resurrection becomes central to the film’s plot.
Mel Gibson recently stated in an interview that he did two scenarios, and one of them is like an “acid trip” that will take viewers to “other worlds”.
The director did not specify which of the two scenarios would be used in the film.
Also, the filming location has not yet been disclosed.
