Construction workers are already at full speed on Gisele Bundchen’s $11.5 million Miami Beach mansion.
Photos obtained by The Sun show the Brazilian supermodel’s new home taking shape surrounded by scaffolding and construction materials.
In the photo, several vans and trucks loaded with tools can be seen parked outside Gisele’s Indian Creek Island property, which is across the water from ex-husband Tom Brady’s property.
Scaffolding was erected around the mansion and improvements were made to its front facade, roof and backyard, including renovating a large outdoor swimming pool at the back.
Bündchen, 43, also appears to have extended the terrace further on the oceanfront side.
The supermodel bought the 6,600-square-foot, five-bedroom estate last year after splitting from Brady.
It sits on an 18,400-square-foot lot in a cul-de-sac with a dock behind the outdoor pool.
The home had seven bathrooms, a home theater, a gym and a game room when it was purchased, according to the property listing.
It’s located across from the golf course and is so close to Brady’s mansion that people can reportedly swim from one house to the next.
“You could literally swim from Gisele’s place to Tom’s place,” a source told Page Six in November 2022.

“Not that they would do that, but both houses would have a dock, so it would be easy for them to co-parent while living in close proximity to each other.”
Bündchen and Brady have two children, Benjamin and daughter Vivian.
Gisele also purchased a $9.1 million home in Southwest Ranches, Florida, an hour’s drive from Miami.
The supermodel recently said she loves the tropical climate of the Sunshine State.
“(Someone once asked,) ‘What’s your best health remedy?’ and I said, ‘Natural is my best health remedy,'” she tells People.
“Just feeling the sun, swimming in the ocean, running on the beach, feeling the grass on your feet.
“Being in nature gives you energy. It just makes you feel good.”
Bundchen added: “I love the sun. (No matter where) the sun is, I always feel the happiest.
“The sun just makes you feel good. People will say, ‘Oh, it’s so hot,’ but I’ll say, ‘I love it.'” “I love the heat.”
