Strasbourg, 14 March – “That the mayor of Bologna Matteo Lepore even goes so far as to hold rallies in the classrooms is a shame. These demagogic forcings can only be classified as propaganda: boorish, in involving children, and harmful, first of all for these girls and boys, in creating a rift between the slogans used inappropriately and the national laws in force. We invite Lepore to put aside these purely ideological operations, and he instead begins to govern a city and a territory that have to face important problems and challenges. We advise him not to use Bologna as a stage for his own personal political ambitions, perhaps demonstrating greater respect for the Constitution and for everyone, absolutely all Bolognese”.

Starry night: immersive concerts at the Cathedral of the Image of Florence From 18 March to 27 May eight dates that will feature pop music reinterpreted in a classic key with a starry sky that will envelop the spectators in the church of Santo Stefano al PonteImagine listening to your favorite music… suspended in the starry sky. The Cathedral of the Image is proud to announce the launch of its first immersive concert format: Starry Night – Immersive Concerts. Eight dates from 18 March to 27 May at 21 in the heart of Florence, in the church of Santo Stefano al Ponte, which will give life to unique performances of their kind. The Starry Night concerts transport spectators to the stars thanks to a multifaceted program of pop music reinterpreted in a classical key exclusively at the Cathedral of the Image of Florence. Starry Night goes far beyond the format of traditional concerts: in fact, spectators are at the same time enveloped by music and starry skies projected in high resolution on the surfaces of the church. The first appointment will be Girl Power!, a concert entrusted to cello by Amelia Sharp who will celebrate the power of women with the music of the greatest international pop artists such as Beyoncé, Billie Eilish, Cindy Lauper, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, Alicia Keys, Madonna and Rihanna. The second concert will be a tribute to the music of the all-Italian rock phenomenon of these years: the Måneskin. The third event of this first series of concerts will instead be dedicated to a real icon of pop music and beyond: Lady Gaga.
