Jay-Z, Oprah, Tiger Woods, LeBron and Magic Johnson don’t earn enough to make this year’s Forbes 400 list.
$1 billion is a lot of money, but being labeled a billionaire doesn’t mean you’ll be on the 2023 Forbes 400 list.
in October, Forbes The 400 people on the annual list of the richest people have been announced based on their net worth as of September 8, 2023 and other factors listed here.
The person with the lowest net worth is $2.9 billion, slightly up from $2.7 billion last year.according to Forbesyou can still become one of America’s 350 billionaires and look in from the outside.
There are some famous names you wish were on the list, but they don’t qualify.
One of them is Oprah Winfrey.Building her empire after starring in The Oprah Winfrey Show After 25 seasons (from September 8, 1986 to May 25, 2011), she was worth “only” $2.8 billion. After being on the Top 400 list for 25 consecutive years, she hasn’t done enough in the past three years to crack the Top 400.
Sean “Jay-Z” Carter is the richest and the first hip-hop recording artist (and the fifth black American) to reach a net worth of $1 billion, but Sean “Jay-Z” Carter is worth $2.7 billion Net worth in U.S. dollars failed to make the list. The most nominated male artist in Grammy history began building his empire after taking to the streets to record.
Tiger Woods, perhaps one of the most famous golfers in history, doesn’t make the list despite being worth $1 billion. So does LeBron James, the NBA’s only active billionaire. Coincidentally, they are the only two billionaires among active athletes. Until the official list of billionaires was announced on October 29, Magic Johnson did not enter the top 400.
