Jennifer Lopez is reselling her New York home for $25 million

Jennifer Lopez is again looking for a buyer for her luxurious penthouse in New York.


The “On The Floor” singer, 54, first put her Manhattan home on the market for $27 million in October 2017, PEOPLE previously reported. The price has since been reduced to $25 million in March 2019 before Lopez took it off the market altogether in October 2021, according to Zillow. The property also briefly appeared on the market for five days in December 2022, records show.


In September Maid in Manhattan The actress has put her spacious home overlooking Madison Square Park back on the market for just under $25 million. The 9,500-square-foot home is located in a historic 1924 mansion and has four bedrooms and seven full bathrooms.


Indoor/outdoor living is also a highlight, with the hotel’s four private terraces offering unobstructed views of the New York skyline, including the iconic Flatiron building.
