Murillo Kalam’s defense asked Judge Hernández Leyva to reiterate the precautionary changes approved by a northern prison judge a week ago, forcing him to use an electronic bracelet and surrender his passport.

Murillo Karam did not attend the hearing due to physical difficulties due to his health.
After a 10-minute break, the judge will hear the response of the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) to Murillo Karam’s defense request.
