LeBron James entered the consciousness of a generation of fans as they witnessed firsthand how extraordinary he was as a basketball player. However, things are different for Emmy Award-winning actress Keke Palmer, who met the NBA superstar through her two-year-old brother.

In the upcoming 2023-24 season, LeBron James will enter his 21st year in the NBA. The 19-time All-Star and four-time NBA champion, who turns 39 later in December, said he is healthy and ready to play again with the Los Angeles Lakers.
He had an eventful season last season, breaking the all-time scoring record long held by another Lakers superstar, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Back in February, James scored his 38,888th point against the Oklahoma City Thunder, breaking Abdul-Jabbar’s previous record of 38,887 points.
LeBron James finished the 2022-23 season with averages of 27.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, 7.3 assists and 1.5 steals per game, leading the Lakers all the way to the Western Conference Finals against the eventual champion Denver Nuggets.

Part of LeBron James’ legend are the other ventures he’s had outside of basketball. These include going into Hollywood and producing movies and TV shows. One of them is the talk show “The Shop: Nonstop.”
