The film Avatar: The Via Dell’Acqua now has a date scheduled for release in digital format and fans will be able to see a lot of extra content.
The blockbuster movie Avatar: The Way of Water now has one exit date in digital format in the United States: on March 28, fans will be able to return to Pandora and appreciate new details of the sequel thanks to 3 hours of extra content.
The project directed by James Cameron, released in theaters in December, managed to climb the rankings of the best grossing films in the history of cinema, allowing the director to get the green light from Disney necessary to make the next chapters.
The film Avatar: La via dell’acqua could be one of the protagonists of the night of the Oscars 2023 thanks to the numerous nominations received. Among the awards assigned by the Academy that the sequel directed by James Cameron could win there is also the one for Best Film. The cast includes Sam Worthington, Zoe SaldaƱa, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Cliff Curtis, and Kate Winslet, joined by young Britain Dalton, Jamie Flatters, Trinity Jo-Li Bliss, Bailey Bass, and Jack Champion.
The extra content of the digital version will run for more than three hours and include the titled featurettes Inside Pandora’s Box which delve into various aspects of filmmaking.
