As James entered his junior year, his biggest hope was that he would not return to football. Astonishingly, he appeared in Ireland’s second football game of the season and played the entire season. This unexpected move shocked and worried many NBA viewers. Recently, as clips of LeBron’s outstanding performance on the football field have resurfaced, his decision to participate in such a high-risk sport has become a hot topic on ESPN’s “NBA Today”. LeBron James praises Bronny James’ impressive dunk video
LeBron James expressed his strong admiration for his son, Bronny James, on Tuesday after a video went viral highlighting the younger James’ impressive dunking skills.
LeBron shared his thoughts on X (formerly Twitter). He boldly asserted that Bronny was at or close to his level of athleticism as LeBron at a similar stage of development. It’s a challenging comparison considering LeBron’s unforgettable high school performance. But Bronny mesmerized everyone with his spectacular dunks during his senior season at Sierra Canyon High School in California, even though he was five inches shorter than his father.
Bronny is a highly regarded freshman at USC who will begin his season next month. But his playing status remains uncertain after he suffered cardiac arrest due to a congenital heart defect during a training session in late July. LeBron said in an update to reporters earlier this month that Bronny’s recovery is “really good” and he aims to compete this season. However, USC has not declared him fit to return to practice.
