“Aja is my sister,” James said on Sirius XM. “I love what she does, not just for the game of basketball itself but for the WNBA. For me to be able to support her all the way and for her to believe in me, in the sense that I can be her mentor and I can take care of her at the end An appearance is a given.

“So, good luck to her and hopefully she can bring it home.”

The Las Vegas Aces defeated the Connecticut Sun on Sunday to defeat the Liberty 99-82 to capture the 2023 WNBA Championship.

Wilson, the WNBA Defensive Player of the Year for the second consecutive year, will play a vital role in the Aces’ bid for another championship. This matchup is what every WNBA fan is looking forward to. The WNBA continues to gain momentum and its popularity is steadily rising.

Many analysts are calling this year’s clash a “superteam showdown.”

It all started with the trade that traded 2021 MVP Jonquel Jones from the Connecticut Sun to the New York Liberty.

Fourteen days later, two-time MVP Candace Parker and WNBA star Alysha Clark signed with the Aces. Second-time MVP Breanna Stewart and five-time All-Star Courtney Vandersloot both left for New York as free agents shortly after.
