Lisa Hochstein risked an awkward run-in with ex-husband Lenny when they both attended the grand opening of Casadonna restaurant in Miami on Friday.
The 41-year-old Real Housewives of Miami star split from the 57-year-old plastic surgeon last May, and the couple is still fighting over divorce.
Heading out to the event, Lenny was spotted sneaking into the venue through the back entrance with his new fiancée Katarina Mazepa, 28.
Meanwhile, Lisa was joined by her boyfriend Jody Glidden, whom she started dating in February this year.
The TV presenter posed for photos inside wearing a black minidress with a side slit and orange PVC flowers on the neckline.
She enhanced her height with a pair of black heels and completed the look with a Dior handbag.
At the party, Lenny wore a white shirt, dark trousers and black shoes.
Katarina donned a white mesh minidress with ruched sides, accentuating her figure with nude heels.
They were joined at the opening by Camila Cabello and Serena Williams, who posed for photos.
The outing comes amid reports that Lenny is trying to make last-minute changes to his divorce settlement with Lisa.
According to Page Six, on August 10, he filed an emergency petition with the court to cancel the divorce agreement. The exes previously agreed to a settlement.
However, this may be a mutual move as the second document states that Lenny’s lawyer consulted with Lisa’s lawyer and both parties agreed to resolve the matter without a court hearing.
In one of the documents, Lenny’s lawyer noted that he tried to withdraw the settlement agreement “in anticipation” that Lisa would refuse it.
The surgeon also requested that the original, withdrawn settlement offer be kept confidential.
Although his filings seem to indicate that he and Lisa are continuing to work toward a fairer settlement, a source close to the former couple described his latest actions as another attempt to hurt Lisa by prolonging their grueling divorce proceedings.
The source claimed he withdrew the settlement to drag out the trial and try to “bankrupt” her by increasing legal costs.
They also alleged that he tried to force her to sign a new “low” agreement.
Lenny was previously ordered to pay Lisa $8,000 a month in temporary support.
The new hurdle for the couple trying to finalize their divorce comes as a surprise development, as Page Six reported they were close to agreeing to a settlement in early July.
The feuding exes have been married for 12 years and have two children: seven-year-old son Logan and three-year-old daughter Elle.
In July, Lenny announced that he had become engaged to his model girlfriend Katarina Mazepa.
This appears to have angered Lisa, who wrote a sharp “congratulations” to her “current husband and his mistress.”
She also took issue with Lenny’s mother, who had previously criticized Lisa when she congratulated her son for “getting a woman who loves and respects you” before adding that he “didn’t have that” in his marriage to Lisa.
“What a wonderful mother-in-law and grandmother. What disgusting,” Lisa wrote after learning the news of the engagement.
She previously accused Lenny of having an affair with his new fiancée while they were still together, but he denied it.
Even after he announced his engagement, he was inundated with comments on social media reminding him that he was still married to Lisa as they had not yet finalized their divorce or been declared legally single.
