The socialite posted her “morning routine” on her story.
She posted a mirror selfie wearing a tight tracksuit with sweat visible on her chest.
Lori’s black, low-cut sports bra hugged her chest, revealing a little cleavage.
Her sculpted abs were on full display and her toned legs were framed by the tight black leggings she wore.
Lori told fans what she does to stay active and captioned the photo: “Pilates, 2 miles on the treadmill, 30 minutes in the sauna and 3 minutes (in) cold soak.”
The next slide in her Stories feed was a black-and-white video of her taking a cold bath in a tracksuit.
“I’m so proud of myself because a month ago I never would have been able to,” Lori captioned.

Lori Harvey is currently dating British actor Damson Idris.
