NBA legend LeBron James is writing another children’s book.
James, 38, has published his new book, I Am More Than, with HarperCollins.
The NBA superstar, who is entering his 21st season in the league, is no stranger to writing.
James’ first children’s book, “I Promise,” made the New York Times bestseller list.
The four-time NBA champion announced the news on X (formerly Twitter).
“Come to a bookstore near you!” James posted on Thursday.
“Our next book is about believing in yourself and all the amazing things you are capable of achieving that no one else can define for you.
“I hope you’ll be inspired to be #MoreThan in your next post.”
The book is expected to hit shelves on April 2, 2024.
“It has been incredible to see students, teachers and families respond to my commitment and my message of encouragement,” James said.
“With this next book, we hope to continue inspiring kids everywhere to keep dreaming and not let anything hold them back.”
Illustrations will be drawn by Nina Matta, who also co-wrote the book I Commit.
In 2023, LeBron also collaborated with journalist Andrea Williams to publish a middle grade book, “We Are Family.”
The future Hall of Famer is now just days away from the end of the NBA season, as the Los Angeles Lakers take on the defending champion Denver Nuggets on Tuesday, October 24.
Last season, the Lakers were swept by the Nuggets in the Western Conference Finals.
