Michael B. Jordan admits he’s “very lonely” two years after splitting from Lori Harvey.

In an hour-long interview with Jay Shetty, Michael said: “I love multitasking; I love juggling, I love doing the balancing acts. The worst part is the loneliness that comes with it.”

“I have a kind of loneliness. Your responsibility is isolated, your weight is isolated.

“So I think the worst part is feeling like no one really understands and sometimes being stuck in a lonely space and feeling alone.”

Michael laughed and responded to Jay Shetty’s question about finding love with “the sexiest man alive” by saying, “I go back to the previous question.” It’s very lonely.

Looking back on the decline of fame, he said: “I had a kind of loneliness. The responsibility you bear is isolating, and the weight is isolating”

“No, I vacillate between wanting a partnership and not knowing what the best partner is for me.”

“Like bringing them into my world, nothing I do is easy. It’s not just that I love you, you love me.

‘That should be enough, right? It’s not that simple. Find the right person who understands what I am all about and everything else follows.”

The actor’s last public relationship was with model Lori, but the pair split in June 2022 after a year and a half.

A source close to their exes tells People that they are “completely heartbroken” by the breakup, but that they “still love” each other.

The insider added, “Michael has matured a lot over the course of their relationship and is ready for a long-term commitment.”

“He let his guard down with her and opened up for the first time in a relationship.”

“They had a great time together and brought out the best in each other.”

Explaining how he’s trying to move away from the business side, Michael said he can have a hard time committing when it comes to romance.

“The sacrifice, commitment, and knowing how to make it all work that comes with partnerships and relationships can sometimes make me anxious and hesitant.

“There’s a part of me that hasn’t experienced life yet. I haven’t really traveled that much for fun.”

The star quipped how much he enjoyed playing Uncle Mike to his nieces and nephews, and revealed that even when you’re a superstar, trying to find love can be very “lonely”.

Elaborating on his busy schedule at home and abroad, Michael revealed that he struggles to find time for himself.

The actor added that despite being so busy, he might not get the chance to meet his “soul connection”.

“There are a lot of places and people that I would never have had the chance to meet that I might connect with and resonate with, and those might be the people that my soul is connected to.”

Although Michael may not have much time to enjoy, he is looking forward to taking some time to enjoy his life.

“I’m looking forward to this part of my life. I think in recent years I’ve started to get to a place where I have to start living.

“I’ve made sacrifices and I’ve been stuck for so long that I owe it to myself to do something.”
