Despite the two’s personal dislike of being part of NBA lore, Thomas said he didn’t realize Jordan felt that way until the docuseries was released.
“Even until I saw ‘The Last Dance,’ I didn’t realize that he felt the same way about me that he felt about me,” Thomas said on “The Club Shay” podcast in 2020.
