During the revamped Countess Cabaret tour, Luann de Lesseps notes that her performance style is more similar to Beyoncé’s than Taylor Swift’s, although Bravolebrity appreciates the talent of both superstars whose world tours have defined 2023.

“I think definitely (I’m) more Beyoncé. We’re more costumed,” de Lesseps, 58, says on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast.

“Of course, it’s not that Taylor isn’t amazing.”

The Real Housewives of New York City alum admits her audiences are more relatable, while Beyoncé, 42, and Swift, 33, sell out stadiums around the world.

Still, she says, a show is a show.

“Obviously my theaters are in the thousands, not tens or hundreds of thousands, but nonetheless I put on a great show,” de Lesseps explains.

“I work hard on my cabaret to make it a really great experience, a fun time and a party. So whether you’re performing in front of 1,000 people or 50,000 people, you’re putting on a show.”

The “Chic C’est la Vie” singer prides herself on how her concerts foster a sense of community among attendees, much like Beyoncé and Swift, who encourage their fans to wear silver and friendship bracelets when they see them live at Renaissance World. Tour and Eras Tour respectively.

Fans of the reality TV star often wear statement necklaces, a nod to her early “Housewives” style, to show their support and desire to connect with fellow Countess enthusiasts.

“(My show) is a lot of fun, it’s exciting, (it has) questions and answers, (it celebrates) pop culture, (it has) videos. It’s really a journey through what’s going on in my life right now with music and just a fun party and people love it,” de Lesseps says of the show.

“Later they hang out, make friends and go out for drinks,” she adds. “So it’s a real party, it’s a good time and I just like to spread the joy.”

De Lesseps’ next cabaret show is scheduled for October 5 at the Queen Elizabeth Theater in Toronto; Her final shows on the tour are scheduled for December 21-23 at New York’s 54 Below.
