The dress showed off her ample cleavage and slender neck, and she carried all her essentials in a gray chenille bag.
The Game of Thrones star accessorized her stylish look with a thick metallic necklace and added silver jewelry, including plenty of sparkly rings, hoop earrings and ear piercings.
Next, she paired a silver palette with a metallic chrome manicure.
The Army of Thieves sensation wore a bold blush lip and wore her locks slicked back neatly.
The former Hollyoaks actress looked in high spirits as she beamed for the camera.
The annual event honors some of the biggest names in music, television, film, sports and media.
This year’s party is hosted by comedian Katherine Ryan, her third time performing at the star-studded event.
The awards aim to highlight women who are considered revolutionaries in their fields of expertise.
Ahead of the ceremony, Glamor unveiled actress America Ferrara as its global honoree and UK Impact Award winner.
In addition to her acting career, the Barbie star is the co-founder of two non-profit organizations, Harness and Poderistas, that work towards social change.
Millie Bobby Brown was also honored this year for her work as an actress, writer and UNICEF’s youngest Goodwill Ambassador.

Earlier in August, Natalie revealed she was on the verge of quitting acting when she landed the role of Missandei in HBO’s phenomenal series Game of Thrones.
The former Hollyoaks star has been in the acting wild since her four-year role as Sasha Valentine in the Channel 4 soap ended in 2010, and worked in Hollister as a shop assistant.
Speaking on the Happy Sad Confused and Life In Film podcasts, she described the emotional moment when she was told about her role in GOT.
She said: “Game of Thrones was a game changer for me.” I was shopping and heading home to my apartment.
“When I walked into my building, my agent called me and said, ‘Natalie, you got it.’
“I had just auditioned for a well-paying commercial, so I thought, ‘Oh great, I won’t have to worry about bills for a month.’ When should I come to London?
“She said, ‘You mean Belfast, you have Game of Thrones.’
“I abandoned all my shopping, broke cans, cried. I had tears of joy, it was so amazing and it reignited something in me.”
The star said she considered going back to school after struggling to cope with her “soul-destroying” retail job, but the HBO drama reignited her passion for acting.
She said: “At the time I was thinking about going back to school because I felt, ‘Nobody wants to hire me and I’m not sure how long I can do this retail job at night.’
“I don’t learn anything and mostly just control my behavior with rude customers.” It was heartbreaking.”
She added: “I was a fan of the show. I annoyed my agent for a while about being asked to audition, but I didn’t really think it was possible.
“It was widely talked about that people of color weren’t being hired for regular leading roles, so when the opportunity arose, I said, ‘This is mine!’
“But then it dawned on me that I really needed to do this. I was so excited and scared.”
Natalie played slave translator Missandei on the show, Daenerys’ (Emelia Clarke) right-hand woman in her quest to claim the Iron Throne from 2013-2019.
Her character died tragically at the end of the series’ fourth episode after she was captured by the villainous Cersei.
It comes after Natalie debuted her short haircut earlier this year and explained why she was so excited about the change in look.”
She shared a heart-warming video of her transformation with her social media followers, cutting off her long, curly locks and discussing the reasons for the big change with celebrity stylist Nico.
The Game of Thrones star wiped away tears and explained: “There’s a lot of joy and celebration that comes with it, but also all of this pressure and trauma and all of these things that I had to go through with you. know?’
The British-born actress said it was the first time in her life she could make a decision about how to wear her hair.
“I think I asked my mom when I was about 15, and then I started acting and work dictated what my hair did. So it’s like, for the first time in 33 years, I’ve had this… I made the decision that my hair was going to be all mine.”
The F9: The Fast Saga actress explained her reasons for sharing the clip in a lengthy post, writing, “I wanted to share this with those who have experienced any sense of exclusion or hair discrimination,” she shared.
“And then there was a long and difficult path to self-acceptance or to a feeling of lack of autonomy over oneself… or… worry about not meeting certain standards of beauty…”
