For 4 weeks and until today, 3 names have not escaped the lips of Israeli statements: “Hamas Movement”, “Yahya Al-Sinwar” and “Mohammed Al-Deif”, and every time they were mentioned, Tel Aviv threatened to withhold their responsibilities.

Netanyahu determines his position!

The name of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar came back into the spotlight today after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu identified his whereabouts.

Netanyahu saw that Hamas leaders, including Yahya Sinwar, are still in Gaza City or in the tunnels below, in an interview conducted with Fox News.

Even the Israeli prime minister promised: “They are there. We will reach them.”

He stressed that Israel will continue the war until Hamas collapses, adding that it does not seek to occupy or control Gaza, but rather its goal is to give the Strip and the entire Middle East a better future, according to his claims.

Al-Sinwar, head of Hamas’ political office in the Gaza Strip, is described as the mastermind of the surprise attack launched by the Al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas’ military wing, on settlements in the Gaza Strip on October 7 .

Tel Aviv has always promised to punish him after describing him as a “dead man”, along with the leader of the military wing of Hamas, Muhammad Al-Deif.

Israel tries to kill him

Interestingly, Israel has said it will try to kill Sinwar again in 2021. After the then ceasefire, the Hamas leader openly marched around Gaza in what many Palestinians saw as a mockery of Israel.

Later, during a demonstration, he was photographed carrying a dead child, a Hamas member, along with an AK-47 rifle.

According to Hamas officials, Sinwar has often called for a broader battle with Israel in which Hamas can dictate new rules of engagement.

Perhaps Hamas’s sudden attack occurred despite the fact that Netanyahu’s right-wing government has paid great attention and emphasis to its security capabilities, and has taken an extremist stance towards Palestinian armed factions, including the movement that governs the Gaza Strip since 2007.

Additionally, the Israeli army announced today that it raided the office of Muhammad al-Sinwar, brother of the head of Hamas’ political office in Gaza, at the height of the campaign against him.
