Call of Duty is celebrating 50 years of hip-hop with its fifth season, allowing players to play with the likes of Nicki Minaj and more.
On Wednesday (August 2), Call of Duty officially released its fifth season. Call of Duty: Warzone and Modern Warfare 2special issue dedicated to 50 years hip-hop and which gives players the opportunity to play rappers such as Nicki Minaj, Snoop Dogg AND 21 Savages. While the characters are superficially reminiscent of rappers and more, Minaj’s vocal contributions, which can be heard below, caught the attention of COD players with their distinctive tone.

By selecting Nicki Minaj’s avatar, you can hear her say things like “I silenced them”, “Bomb Drone Drop” AND “Beware of the fire, you will soon be in trouble with the queen”, Just to name a few. According to Activision, Nicki Minaj is the first “self-titled female cameraman”. Nicki Minaj’s avatar in the game is “Red ruby from Sleeze“. Minaj is depicted with a pink assault rifle, completely pink, with long pink hair.
How to get Nicki Minaj character in Call of Duty: Warzone and Modern Warfare 2?
To play as Nicki Minaj in Call of Duty: Warzone and Modern Warfare 2, players need to purchase “Operator Packs” from the COD Store. The Operator Pack will contain weapon blueprints, an in-game map, and themed emblems. Gamers will be able to enjoy the new Nicki Minaj skin in multiplayer modes, battle royale, DMZ and more. The Nicki Minaj operator package will cost 2400 COD points.
