Dwayne Johnson he loves a good workout and, moreover, he enjoys spending time with his children. His weight-lifting sessions at his home gym, Iron Paradise, don’t usually interfere with the time he spends with his two younger daughters. However, in some cases his training regimen intersects with his time spent with his children. And in this rare case, the result is simply amazing. Johnson shared a video of himself performing biceps curls. But here’s what’s interesting to those who don’t know about his abilities: he used his five-year-old daughter as a burden, as if it was no big deal.
The amazing (and impressive) moment described above is something you don’t see every day. However, leave it to the man also known as The Rock among wrestling fans to give his social media followers such a fun spectacle. The 51-year-old posted a video on his Instagram showing his smiling little girl Tiana being lifted up and down. He and his child were enjoying a fun moment while walking in the park. The post also included a caption, and along with it, Dwayne Johnson mused that “it won’t be long before my youngest tornado outgrows his biceps.” Tiana (who at one time couldn’t understand how her father voiced it MoanaMaui island) really grows like a weed. So it’s quite possible that she will soon become too big for even her muscular father to lift her up and down. However, that day has not come yet, as the celebrity seemed to have absolutely no problem lifting her with just one arm. All in all, this is definitely a creative way for father and daughter to spend time together.
You may laugh, but this isn’t the first time Red Notice Lead has never participated in such unique family workouts. Towards the end of 2022, he shared another video showing him doing curls with her baby

After all, as one of Hollywood’s most sought-after leading men, he needs to make sure he’s in top physical shape. His preparation for Black Adam in itself was nothing short of incredible, and that included some very strenuous leg days Judging by the photos shared by the actor. I mean, seriously, him biceps looked like tree trunks among the process. (Now I wonder if we owe some of these results to his daughter for helping him.)
Of course, aside from curling together, there are plenty of other ways Dwayne and Tiana Johnson can bond. Surely they will be able to enjoy one of Dwayne’s delicious cheat meals, which sometimes happens when the star gets to deal with the “Monday assholes”. Over the years, The Rock has shared delectable culinary delights, from fluffy cookies to giant pancakes. I’m sure Tiana wouldn’t mind having lunch with dear old Dad rather than working as one of his movers.
Regardless of how Dwayne Johnson chooses to spend his time with Tiana or other daughters Jasmine (7) and Simone (22), it’s just nice that he makes it a priority to connect with his kids. Considering his bicep curls have proven viable with the juniors, I expect them to do this activity again in the future. That is, at least until it gets too big for him to lift.
