After the announcements of Carl Brave, Rosa Chemical and Mara Sattei, the calendar of the third edition of the NXT Station Festival (promoted by Rete Doc, Casa Molloy and the Municipality of Bergamo) is almost completely revealed: in fact, there will also be Daddy G (Massive Attack ), M¥SS KETA, Lo Stato Sociale, Galeffi, Calibro 35, Dente, Grupo Compay Segundo, Eiffel 65, Sud Sound System and the international reggae star Alborosie (for two concerts in collaboration with Bergamo Reggae)
In the year of Bergamo Brescia Capital of Culture, from 29 April to 29 September, the stage in Piazzale degli Alpini will host names from the Italian and international music scene and other exceptional guests who will be announced soon.
It starts on April 29 with Spaziale! a festival within the Locusta festival and continues with May 1 in Bergamo, a two-day event dedicated to the local music scene, in collaboration with Ink Club and Edoné. In total there are over 40 concerts on the bill, every Friday and Saturday.
«A new season of NXT Station is starting again which now becomes a full-fledged Festival, with an even more varied and heterogeneous billboard, ready to embrace more audiences, more musical genres and more tastes», explains Luca Borsetti, artistic director of NXT Station. «There are the new names of Italian music protagonists of the last Sanremo Festival, the bands that traditionally populate festivals throughout Italy, some international stars arriving in the city and the historic exponents of the national independent scene. The latest artists will be announced in the coming weeks, as will the new structure of the square which, in 2023, the year in which Bergamo is the Capital of Italian Culture with Brescia, wants to present itself even more as an open and shared space, a place for meeting and entertainment, between music and good food, in the heart of the city».
