Well, enjoying a vacation is not a crime, but the public was concerned about his trips on a superyacht, which caused carbon dioxide emissions in huge quantities, enough to harm the environment. His environmentalist ideology is at odds with his lifestyle of using carbon-emitting vehicles such as superyachts and private jets.
