We now have a sneak peek at Apple TV+’s upcoming documentary “Dynasty: New England Patriots,” which takes a deep dive into the team’s super-bow dynasty.
A trailer for the docuseries, set to premiere on February 16, 2024, was released on Friday, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the inevitable “clash” between quarterback Tom Brady and head coach Bill Beal. Belichick. You can check out the trailer here.
“These are two Titanic characters from this series, but they’re two alphas. Collision is inevitable,” says a voice in the trailer.
The trailer also features a tantalizing line from Patriots president Robert Kraft, who hints at his attempt to maintain the relationship between Belichick and Brady.
“We’re getting close to the end and I’m just trying my best to keep it together,” Kraft says in the trailer.
The series will focus on the Patriots’ 20-year dominance in Foxborough with Belichick, Brady and Kraft. Here’s a synopsis of the series:
“The docuseries is based on author Jeff Benedict’s acclaimed New York Times best-selling book of the same name and goes even further, drawing on thousands of hours of never-before-seen video footage and audio files from the Patriot organization’s archives . In addition to interviews with past and present Patriots players, coaches and executives, unparalleled access includes Kraft, Belichick, Brady, and confessions from league officials and key rivals of this sports dynasty .”
The series will premiere on Apple TV+ on February 16, 2024.
