Protests in Israel: They gathered in front of Netanyahu’s house

As clashes between Israel and Hamas continued to intensify, activists gathered in front of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s home in West Jerusalem.

The demonstrators raised banners targeting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, along with pictures of people arrested by Hamas.

A sign reading “Go to hell” for Netanyahu was seen.

The activists demanded Netanyahu’s resignation due to the attack carried out by Hamas on October 7.

Ceasefire demonstration in Tel Aviv

On the other hand, a group of Israelis gathered near the Ministry of Defense in Tel Aviv and called for a ceasefire in Gaza.

The demonstrators, who also want a prisoner exchange between Israel and Palestinian factions, carried signs reading “Ceasefire ASAP,” “Prisoner exchange now,” and “There is no winner in war” in English and Hebrew.

The demonstrators also chanted slogans expressing their demands for a ceasefire in Gaza and an exchange of prisoners.

Some Israelis also responded to the group’s protest for a ceasefire.

Tensions escalate from time to time between the demonstrators and those interacting with them. With the intervention of the police, tension between demonstrators and counter-demonstrators was prevented. (AA-Reuters)
