The 76ers signed Kelly Oubre Jr. to a one-year, $2.8 million contract. Despite the team’s poor record, Oubre Jr. had a great season with the Charlotte Hornets. He finished the season averaging 20 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.1 assists with a true shooting percentage of 53.4%.
