Since her passing, fans have been wondering how the distant aunt of Roman Reigns and Dwayne Johnson passed away.

Anoa’i clan member dies

The news was shared by Lance Anahi. On the evening of October 1, the MLW star shared news of the passing of his grandmother Lynn Anoa’i.. She happens to be the wife of former professional wrestler Afa Anoa’i Sr. and the mother of retired professional wrestler Samula Anoa’i, popularly known as Samu.

The news comes days after Lance Anoa’i shared news that his uncle Afa Anoa’i Jr. was admitted to the hospital on September 23. The reason was that he had suffered a serious and unexpected cardiac complication. They also started a GoFundMe page for Anoa’i Jr. Judging by the page, it could be seen that the star underwent many procedures and tests. Unfortunately, his condition did not improve when he ascended to the afterlife.

While the family dealt with the 38-year-old’s health issues, the sudden passing of his mother and grandmother Lance Anoa’i shocked the WWE fandom. This tragic news has sparked a turbulent time for the Anoa’i family as they seek to honor two members of their family.
