Rihanna put on a stunning display as she and boyfriend A$AP Rocky left a New York City hotel on Friday, just hours after she was apparently told off by ex Drake.
The 35-year-old hitmaker stunned in a voluminous white tie-front top that showed off her toned stomach, just two months after she gave birth to the couple’s second child, son Riot.
The mother of two completed her look with a stylish denim jacket and matching light denim trousers.
The Barbados-born beauty accessorised her look with dangly white earrings, layered necklaces and a pair of black sunglasses.
While partying with A$AP, 35, the beauty wore her wet locks cascading over her shoulders and back.
As for shoes, the singer opted for black heels.
Meanwhile, the rapper wore a beige jacket over a white T-shirt and oversized beige pants to match.
Like his significant other, he wore glasses and accessorized with layered chain necklaces.
The rapper wore chunky black boots and a green bag slung over his shoulder.
The parents, who also have eldest son RZA Athelston Myers, born in May 2022, appeared to be enjoying the evening alone.
The outing comes after her ex Drake repeatedly attacked her in harsh lyrics of his recently released song Fear Of Heights from the album For All The Dogs.
The pop stars were dogged by off-and-on romance rumors from 2009 to 2018, and since their last split there has been speculation that Drake has failed to get over her.
However, in his new song, Drake, 36, insisted he had moved on, grinning: “Why do they talk like I’m still obsessed with you?” This can never happen.”
He added, “Dyal can’t ruin me,” which sounded like it could have been a snide reference to Rihanna’s accent from her native Barbados.
As the song continued, he quipped that “sex with you was normal” and even seemed to take aim at her current relationship with A$AP Rocky.
“Better him than me, better not me,” Drake raps. “Yes, this man, he is still with you. He can’t leave you. Y’all are going on vacation, I bet it’s the Antilles.
Rihanna and A$AP Rocky have actually vacationed in the Lesser Antilles more than once, with several family trips to Barbados.
The couple has since welcomed two children into the world, which may explain Drake’s comments that A$AP Rocky “can’t leave” her.
Elsewhere on Fear Of Heights, Drake screams, “I’m against it, I’m against it,” possibly referring to Rihanna’s latest album Anti, released in 2016.
After a torrent of bile directed at his ex, who remains unnamed throughout the verse, he insists, “I’ve had a lot worse assholes than you, to be honest.”
Drake and Rihanna were first spotted locking lips in 2009, shortly after her split from Chris Brown, who brutally beat her to the point that she had to be hospitalized.
Rihanna eventually briefly reunited with Chris and publicly stated that she and Drake were just friends with each other.
A wounded Drake reflected in a 2010 New York Times interview: “I was a pawn. Do you know what she did to me? She did exactly what I’ve done with many women throughout my life: spend time with them and then disappear. I thought, “Wow, this is terrible.”
The following year, he told Elle magazine: “It hurt at the time, but she didn’t want to do it. I will never put this on her. It hurt me because I gradually began to understand what it was.”
Over the next few years, he adopted a flowery tone in his public remarks about Rihanna, calling her his “ultimate fantasy” in Rolling Stone magazine in 2014.
When presenting her with an MTV Video Music Award in 2016, he praised Rihanna as “the person I’ve been in love with since I was 22.”
Later that year, they got matching shark tattoos, fueling public speculation that their relationship was more than platonic.
However, by May 2018, their relationship had cooled to the point that Rihanna told Vogue: “We’re not friends right now, but we’re not enemies.”
