Scottie Pippen gives strong praise despite being accused of anti-Michael Jordan tour

Scottie Pippen appears to be softening his stance after receiving backlash for his “No Bulls” tour. The former Chicago Bulls star praised his former teammates even after facing accusations of organizing a tour against Michael Jordan. “Of course, I mean, you look at the MVP he won,” Pippen said without thinking. However, he mentioned, “But I think it all comes from our success as a team.” While the six-time NBA champion mentioned that the MVP award was a result of their team’s success, he still admitted, “But, yes, he (Jordan) is the greatest player, absolutely the greatest player in basketball.”

Earlier in the episode, Scotty was also asked “last dance‘Documentary series, and clearly he wasn’t happy about it. However, the documentary the former Bulls star completed is something special. “I think this is a special moment for us to really relive some of the greatest times in basketball history and have a better chance to see what team basketball was like,” Pippen said.

Pip also recalled how the documentary series excluded him after a certain point. Karl Stefanovic also led discussions when team management started to mess with Pip. Carr called the events horrific. “Yeah, to a certain extent, but I think by then they’re ready to move on from their core of players,” Pippen said.
