Selena Gomez was photographed leaving Nobu in Malibu with a group of her friends on Friday night.

The 31-year-old hitmaker appeared to be thoroughly enjoying her evening as she hugged one of her pals and pressed her hand to her forehead as she left the celeb’s favorite eatery.

The singer, who was recently spotted hanging out with Taylor Swift and Zoe Kravitz, opted for an all-black outfit that included a T-shirt underneath a jacket that remained draped over her arms.

Gomez also wore leggings that hugged her sculpted legs as she hung out with her friends.

The Disney Channel alum completed her look with a pair of leather pumps and a chic handbag draped over her right arm.

The singer’s gorgeous dark hair remained pulled back into a tight bun throughout her outing.

Now the singer is preparing for the release of the musical crime comedy “Emilia Perez”, in which she will appear.

It was revealed that Gomez signed on to star in the film in January of this year, and according to Variety, she will star in the film alongside Zoe Saldana and Carla Sofia Gascon.

The story centers on Emilia Perez, a Mexican crime boss who goes into hiding to undergo gender reassignment surgery.

Filming began in Paris in April this year after a delay of several months.

The project was directed by Jacques Audiard, who also wrote the film’s script.

Principal photography was originally supposed to take place in Mexico, but the director eventually moved the crew to Paris.

Gomez shared a series of photos taken during her time in the City of Lights on her Instagram account in June of this year.

In the pictures, the actress seemed to be thoroughly enjoying her time in Paris, and Saldana was spotted in one of her pictures.

She also wrote a sweet message to commemorate her time in France and express her enthusiasm for the upcoming film.

“Thank you, Paris, for being home to me for two months!” I loved every moment. Working on this film completely changed my life. Can’t wait to share more! Love you all,” she said.

Emilia Perez’s release date has not yet been announced.
