Selena Gomez won’t want this style confusion to repeat itself – peat, peat, peat, peat, peat.
The singer’s most interesting reaction came when she accidentally ruined her outfit, noting in an Instagram Story on October 2, “I spilled coke on my pants.”
And to hide the stain, Gomez decided to take the literal route. As seen in the accompanying photo, the 31-year-old sat cheerfully on the floor behind the curtains, with only her face peeking through the panels.
Her outfit and spilled debris were nowhere to be seen, although the photo also showed a large Louis Vuitton bag poking out from behind the curtains.
But before things went south for the pop star, she shook up the crowd last night at Coldplay’s Rose Bowl show in Pasadena, California. On October 1, Gomez performed a surprise performance of her 2021 collaboration “Let Somebody Go” with artist H.E.R.
The “Come & Get It” artist captioned a backstage selfie that showed her in a black bodycon dress (without any soda stains) paired with lace tights and silver hoop earrings: “Thank you @coldplay @hermusicofficial for an amazing night ”

But the Only Murders in the Building star is no stranger to giving fans an unfiltered look into her life. Whether it’s humorous mishaps or dating preferences, Gomez always rises to the occasion.
After releasing her new song “Single Soon” in August, Gomez thanked fans for supporting her music. “Thank you guys for all the love for the single ‘Coming Soon!!!'” she captioned her post at the time. “It’s a playful anthem about being comfortable in your own skin and loving your own company…and it’s also a lot of fun to dance to!”
A few days later, the Wizards of Waverly Place alum got candid about her relationship preferences. “I think I have standards,” she explained to SiriusXM Hits 1 LA’s Tony Fly and Simon. “And I think I live in a world now where boys confuse standards with high expectations.”
Gomez added that the line in the song, “I know it’s a little hard for me, but it’s worth a try,” really demonstrates her current mindset.
“That line was really fun,” she said, “because I’m not ashamed to say, ‘I actually need X, Y, and Z to have you with me.’
