Olympia Ohanian appears to be following in her mom Serena Williams’ footsteps.Or – perhaps more appropriately – her feet.Work.
Over the weekend, the 6-year-old went to play tennis with his parents. While fans consider her mom to be her coach (who better than the 23-time Grand Slam champion?!), her dad plays a slightly less glamorous role.

“Daddy was my caddy,” read the caption on a photo of a sweaty Olympia practicing her backhand.

williams told people She and Olympia — and presumably their caddy — started playing the course at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. “Honestly, we started this because it was a socially safe sport, and when COVID happened we were like, ‘We’re just stuck at home with a 3-year-old, what are we going to do?’ “
After Williams and Ohanian welcomed their second daughter, Adira, last month, the three-year-old is now a proud big sister. While we can’t imagine the 1-month-old has perfected her backhand, we do wonder if the Ohanian girls will grow up to become legendary tennis stars like their moms and aunts. If only their father (Reddit co-founder) could caddy for his two daughters.
While Williams taught her daughter to be an athlete, the sassy 6-year-old apparently taught her mom to be a musician. Debut in 2021 Jimmy Kimmel LiveLater, Williams revealed that Olympia loved playing the piano.
“She’s teaching me! Like, I’m not even kidding,” she explained. “I had a baby Mozart, (but) of course every parent thinks they have a baby Beethoven or whatever.”
Maybe we should expect a photo titled “Dad is my piano tuner” in the near future!
