Serena Williams reacts to her good friend Caroline Wozniacki’s win over Jennifer Brady, the Dane Won a Round of 16 match against home crowd favorite Coco Gauff. Wozniacki came back from a set down to overtake Jennifer Brady.
After about 2 hours of play, Wozniacki won 4-6, 6-3, 6-1. After watching Wozniacki’s victory, Serena shared a photo on her TV showing Wozniacki raising her hands after winning the final point of the match. “Winner,” Serena captioned the photo.
Caroline is honored to advance to the second week of the U.S. Open again. “It’s a dream come true to actually be here at Arthur Ashe Stadium with all of you supporting me,” Wozniacki said in a post-match interview.
