Serena Williams shares new photo of baby daughter Adira

Serena Williams is a proud mom.

On Thursday, the 42-year-old tennis icon shared two new photos of her youngest daughter, Adira River, whom she married to tech entrepreneur husband Alexis Ohanian in August Alexis Ohanian welcomes daughter.

In the first Instagram Story post, Williams captured a photo of her baby girl wearing a pair of cozy white socks and lying on a fluffy blanket, while in the second post, her 6-year-old Eldest daughter Olympia also got in on the action.

A sleepy-looking Olympia could be seen sitting next to her mom as Adira lay on her chest in her moon-print pajamas.

In the photo, a young man wearing a colorful floral dress rests his head on a cushion and looks directly at the camera.

Ohanian, 40, announced Adira’s name on Instagram on August 22, along with a sweet family photo.

“Welcome, Adira River Ohanian,” the post began. “I’m so happy to report that our house is filled with love: a happy and healthy newborn girl and a happy and healthy mom. I am so grateful. @serenawilliams, you have now given me another unparalleled gift – you are GMOAT .”

“Thank you to all the wonderful medical staff who took care of my wife and daughter 🙏 I will never forget the moment I introduced @olympiaohanian to her little sister.”

The post also features two adorable photos of Ohanian first introducing Adira to Olympia.

The couple first announced Adira’s arrival on TikTok. In a video shared to Williams’ account, the family can be seen sitting at a table, with Olympia leaning against Williams and Ohanian typing on a laptop in front of them.

Williams then stood up and said she would be right back, then held a tightly swaddled baby in her arms. As Williams sat back between her husband and daughter, both admiring the baby, Olympia planted a kiss on her little sister’s forehead. TikTok ends with two adorable Polaroid-style photos of the new family of four.

“Welcome my beautiful angel,” the female athlete wrote in the video.

Last month, lucky baby Adira received a slew of gifts from her mom’s long-term brand, Nike.

Williams shared the impressive haul on her Instagram Story, revealing that the brand sent her little one lots of cute shoes and little clothes.

“Look at all this stuff for baby Adira,” Williams told the camera as she browsed the gift boxes. “I really like the little Nike shoes, they’re always so cute.”

“Look at this little crop top!” she continued. “This is awesome. Thank you to my Nike family!”
