Serena Williams shows off strong arms in beach photos

Serena Williams heats up the beach in swimsuit. In a new social media post, Goat showed off her incredibly fit figure – including her strong arms – while enjoying a day at the beach with her daughter. “Even though it’s winter, we found some heat 🏝️island hopping,” she captioned a series of photos on Instagram. Serena’s diet is plant-based. “I want to live a healthy lifestyle, so you know, (I’m eating) a lot of green vegetables, and mostly plant-based these days, just super healthy stuff,” she told Women’s Health magazine. “I had a bean burger the other day… (today) I had a gluten-free bean burrito.”

Serena says complex carbohydrates are the fuel for exercise. “The only time I eat pasta is during games/training. Normally, you’ll never see me eating pasta,” she told Women’s Health magazine. “I usually like to eat a lot of vegetables before a game, then fruit, a little bit of carbs and some kind of protein.”

Serena supports having a cheat meal once in a while. “I love mooncakes. If ‘Mooncake’ sponsored me, I would be bigger than any house on the planet!” she joked to Women’s Health.

Serena also enjoys exercising outdoors. “When someone tells you ‘Go hiking…'” she captioned a recent Instagram snap. “Hiking is one of the best ways to exercise.” No matter what type of trail you find yourself on, hiking is a great full-body workout—head to toe and everything in between,” national park service.
