Going back to the time Tom Holland talked about Zendaya when they both shared (Instagram and Imdb)
Tom Holland and Zendaya appeared and talked about their favorite hobby on an episode of The Graham Norton Show last year. While Zendaya talked about her love for knitting, Tom Holland shared that he enjoyed solving puzzles during lockdown.
Zendaya once revealed that she gave everyone hand-knitted scarves for Christmas.
When Graham Norton asked her about her old high school hobby, Zendaya shared, “I was trying to start a new hobby while we were filming Spider-Man.” I have one of these, I don’t know if you guys have them, but they are like little rugs that you can make and basically yarn by yarn you attach the item and color coordinates to like it. I chose puppies, okay? And I got about four squares and it looked like I was done with it. It’s too tiring for me. So I ended up with a small corner of the rug, but that was it.”
Graham Norton then asked the Euphoria actress who taught her to knit. To this she said: “My mother taught me to knit.”
Zendaya continued, “All I can make is a scarf so I’m not like you know I can’t get you a sweater or vest or anything but I will buy you a nice thick warm scarf that I made for all. , Fine?”
She added: “I mean, I liked it as a pastime, I like little tedious things that I can do to keep my brain occupied. And I just made everyone scarves because I couldn’t, I thought, “What am I going to get everyone for Christmas?”, I thought I’ll just make them scarves. This is what I do all day.”
Tom also shared a funny anecdote about Zendaya’s hobby. The actor said, “We filmed the most intense fight scenes on set, and she often came to the set to watch.”
He added: “And I’ll be there, I’ll come and there’ll be blood all over my face and I’m fighting a goblin and I’ll turn around and she’ll just be there knitting.”
When Tom Holland spoke about his love for puzzles during self-isolation
The talk show host then shared a photo of Tom Holland’s hobby, which raised eyebrows. Sharing his thoughts on the hobby, Holland said: “During lockdown we were just doing puzzles and I live with five of my friends and every now and then you would find someone sitting at a table and every evening we would all end up there and we would puzzled.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Zendaya has Challengers and Dune: Part 2 up her sleeve. Holland was last seen in the TV series Crowded Room.
