Bayless was joined by former NFL legends Johnson and Richard Sherman on Tuesday.

They discussed the New England Patriots’ disaster of the 2023 season, as their team fell to 2-9 after a 13-10 loss to the New York Giants in Week 12.

Belichick, the Patriots head coach since 2000, is expected to miss the playoffs for the second straight season.

He won six Super Bowls with New England with Brady at quarterback.

There are reports that the Patriots and the legendary coach are leaving after the season.

The Undisputed panel was asked the question: “Will this be (Belichick’s) last season in New England?”

Bayless was unreserved in his assessment of Belichick.

“Bill (Belichick) is getting exposed.

“What’s going on in New England is 75 percent Tom Brady.”

“(Tom) is the leader, organizer and driving force of the team.”

During the debate, Johnson put his hands on his head to express his dissent.

Bayless went on to cite Belichick’s 62-81 record without Brady.

He still calls the 71-year-old “one of the best defensive minds in the history of football”.

But Bayless doesn’t think Belichick is a great “CEO or commander.”

The sports media star believes the 28-year veteran head coach “needs a change of scenery.”

Bayless then pointed to Brady’s success since leaving the Patriots in 2020 and winning a Super Bowl with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers the following year.

The Los Angeles Chargers, Washington Commanders and Dallas Cowboys are reportedly all potential landing spots for Belichick.
