This service is free and is provided 24 hours a day by experts from: National Center for AIDS Prevention and Control (Censida), who are trained to report symptoms of both infections, where rapid tests are available and where treatment is provided.

In addition to telephone lines, the Ministry of Health also has AIDS and sexually transmitted infection prevention and treatment outpatient center (Capasits), located at 14 Tapia Street, Santiago, in the Historic Center of Morelia, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, where doctors can perform free tests for syphilis, HIV and hepatitis C.
