DailyMail.com reported that earlier this month, Allison listed a six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath family home in the Encino area for $3,795,000.
And now we can report that in August, the 35-year-old widow purchased a huge, “elegant yet cozy” home for almost $4,990,000 in Studio City, Los Angeles, for herself and her three children.
Brand new modern estate with an area of 5826 sq. m. ft. farmhouse style is located behind walls and gates. It boasts six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a wine room, a home office, a movie theater, a gym, and even a guest house with a kitchen and full bath.
The family will enjoy hardwood floors, 12′ ceilings, grand staircase, full chef’s kitchen, quartzite countertops and custom oak cabinets.
The living room features vaulted beamed ceilings and a modern fireplace, as well as an elegant dining room with an elegant bar, perfect for entertaining.
For Allison, her master bedroom is described as a luxurious sanctuary with a large walk-in closet, dual sinks, a walk-in closet, a large bath and a private balcony.
The nearly half-acre property features a barbecue and bar, a pool, a waterfall that cascades into the spa, and an outdoor fire pit.
In front of the house there is a large circular driveway and a two-car garage. The house is environmentally friendly and equipped with solar panels to save energy costs.

But what may have been an advantage for the mother of Wesley, 15, Maddox, seven, and Zaya, three, is that it is significantly closer to all of her children’s schools than her previous home in Encino.
Wesley’s oldest daughter attends a private Catholic high school, which is now just a few minutes’ drive away. Younger children will also be closer to primary and preschool.
Almost a year ago, the family was devastated by the unexpected death of Stephen Boss.
On December 13, Allison’s husband of 10 years, 40-year-old DJ and dancer on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, was found dead of suicide at the Oak Tree Hotel in Encino.
The family home in Encino was just a five-minute walk away.
After moving about 10 miles to Studio City, Allison is starting a new life for a young family where they will make new, happy memories.
Allison was a young mother to daughter Wesley when she met her husband in 2010 on the set of So You Think You Can Dance. He adopted Wesley after marrying Allison in 2013, and the couple had two more children.
Allison has written a children’s book called Keep Dancing: The Boss’s Family Rhythm, which will be released on January 16th.
It is published by Disney, which says the volume is “A reminder of the power of dance, this Boss Family Groove embodies the importance of spreading love and kindness with every song.”
Even though she experienced a very traumatic event, she maintained a positive attitude.
On Monday, she posted a throwback video to her Instagram of her 2015 Pirates of the Caribbean-inspired DWTS performance with contestant Riker Lynch, writing, “Tonight is Disney night on Dancing with the Stars and I’m so excited to announce, I’ll take a look.” and support all my friends at the live performance.
“I was feeling nostalgic… and here is my favorite program that I ever choreographed and danced when I was a professional, and of course it was from a Disney night. So good luck to everyone at the exhibition. See you soon.’
