What’s the best way to wake up in the morning? Some might say: coffee or a quick walk, but for Sydney Sweeney, the answer is ice. Cool refreshment can help wake up not only your mind, but also your skin! Nobody likes leaving the house puffy, red and exhausted, and ice skating could be the key to quickly getting rid of all those pesky signs of fatigue.

In 2022, Sweeney showed off her 10-minute sensitive skin routine in a magazine video. Charm. Although she used several price options, we were happy to see Amazon’s ice video in this viral video. She loved it too – she even revealed that she used it in one of her popular shows!

Adult acne can seem like a major bummer, especially since society wants us to believe that acne is a “teen problem.” As many of us know, breakouts often continue into adulthood. Sometimes they don’t even show (…)

In the video, Sweeney put on blindfolds and then explained: “While I have them on, I’m usually walking around the house or skating ice.” She picked up her Esarora ice pack, which we immediately recognized. “If you ever see me driving to set like this,” she said, miming using a roller on her face, “it’s because it’s early calling time.”

“So, I take this with me wherever I go,” she continued. “It’s just an ice skating rink. Got it on Amazon and am living by it. It just wakes me up. I feel like it makes my skin feel nice and reduces puffiness. And I just, literally, skate on the ice.” She then started using it on her face. “I could do this for a very long time. I try to get both sides and the jawline.”

“And I just leave it in the freezer,” she explained. “I have a few in the freezer in case I leave one on set. And I put one on set in the trailer and in the refrigerator.”

Perhaps our favorite part of the video was when she revealed that this icy video appeared on Euphoria. “You may have seen Cassie do this during her crazy 4am beauty routine – because these products were actually my products that I brought from home and I went crazy for them. This is the real ice skating rink that I used in the show. It’s a very popular ice roller.”

“So after I did that, my face kind of woke up,” Sweeney concluded. We know we are convinced! Find out more about this ice roller (and check out all the color options) on Amazon!
