From our review:
As the action gets large and eventually moves beyond the surrounding wooded area, Duffield firmly sets No one will save you in the canon of home invasions, using the Brynn house itself, peering through the frescoes on the glass windows and peering between the curls of the intricate wooden columns. Even household appliances can instill fear; When Brynn first encounters the invaders, she finds herself trapped behind her refrigerator door as they telepathically rip the kitchen apart.
