I felt like I was drowning, with my head under water, looking up but not being able to come up for air.” Thus, the blue monster becomes a metaphor for pain in the video directed by Mia Barnes. But the void doesn’t go away, it stays.

There are 14 tracks, worked on in a month with Aaron Dessner (The National) after their friend Taylor Swift presented them.
