Millie Bobby Brown became a writer: the first novel of the star of Stranger Thingspopular Netflix series in which he plays Eleven that is to say Elevenwill be called Nineteen Steps. William Morrow, owned by HarperCollins, announced the publication.
The book will go on sale next September 12th in the United States (obviously there is no news yet on the Italian version) and the actress said she does inspired by her grandmother. History is described as “an epic story of love, loss and secrets” and the protagonist will be there eighteen year old Nellie Morriswho lives with his family in Bethnal Green during the Second World War. After a chance meeting with an aviator, a terrible accident occurs during an air raid with catastrophic consequences.
Millie Bobby Brown said:Inspired by my grandmother Ruth, this book is very personal and I care deeply about it. I grew up listening to stories about wartime. I am honored to keep his story alive». The actress’s grandmother survived the Bethnal Green Tube Disaster, an accident responsible for the highest number of civilian deaths in the United Kingdom during the Second World War.

Third child of four children of Kelly and Robert Brown, Millie Bobby Brown was born in Spain, near Malaga, from British parents who ran a restaurant in Marbella at the time. Since birth, Brown has had hearing problems, which over the years have led to a slight hearing loss in one ear. He has a brother, Charlie, and two sisters, Paige and Ava.
