It’s no secret that Al Nasr spent huge sums of money to sign the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo, Sadio Mane and Aymeric Laporte during this summer’s transfer window. But now, defender Artur Kartakshyan of Tajak club Istiklol has expressed his thoughts on the Al Nassr players.
Kartakshyan posted a post on his Instagram account which reads: “We will face #alnasr The club is 11 against 11 because they are just a bag of money! ! ! “

Previously, Al Nasr defeated Persepolis 2-0 to win the first game of the AFC Champions League. The Saudi Arabian club currently tops the group stage and is the favorite to win the group. Ronaldo returned for Al Nassr in the Saudi Professional League match against Al Ta’ee. The Portuguese striker scored the crucial penalty in the 87th minute after his teammate Talisca’s first-half goal was canceled out by Tai’s Virgil Misidan in the 79th minute.
With the score level, Ronaldo scored the crucial winning penalty in beautiful fashion.

Al Nasr has won 6 games in the SPL this season, but also lost 2 games. The victory over Al Ta’ee puts them fourth in the Saudi Professional League standings, just two points behind Neymar’s Al Hilal at the top.
