Timothée Chalamet affectionately described Zendaya and Tom Holland as “good” people in Hollywood, admiring the couple.
The 27-year-old actor co-starred with Zendaya, 27, in Dune and its upcoming sequel, and is now gushing about his friendship with the star and her boyfriend Tom.
Gracing British cover In the November issue of GQ magazine, Timothy revealed that Zendaya is “very inspiring,” praising his pal.
He described the couple, who confirmed their romance in 2021 but kept their relationship relatively private, as “smooth” and “energetic Hollywood.”
He told the publication about his role alongside Zendaya in Dune: “It was incredibly rewarding to spend so much time with Zendaya and her assistant Darnell, and having Tom come on set too.
“They are on par, they are good in Hollywood. This is energetic Hollywood.”
He added about Zendaya: “It’s very inspiring how much she can achieve while letting everything fall off her back, she just does it.”
Timothy also expressed his gratitude to his girlfriend Florence Pugh, with whom he starred in Little Women and then Dune: Part Two, and Austin Butler.
He discussed how he surrounds himself with people who “care about the right things” and spoke about the importance of his Hollywood friendships.
Timothée co-starred with Zendaya and Florence in Dune: Part Two, which currently has a release date set for March 15 after several delays.
Covid delayed the 2020 release of Dune: Part One, and the follow-up film was temporarily halted due to ongoing SAG-AFTRA strikes and now-ended writers’ strikes.
Elsewhere, Timothée recently spent time in Paris with his new love interest Kyle Jenner, 26.
Since their relationship went public at Beyoncé’s Renaissance concert in Los Angeles, they have continued to make occasional appearances together.
In early September, they accompanied each other to a dinner during New York Fashion Week, hosted by designer Haider Ackermann.
During the candlelit meal, the couple sat next to each other and both stars wore black.
While neither party has spoken publicly about them being a couple, Kylie has been spotted arriving and leaving Timothy’s home in Los Angeles.
Kylie also recently revealed that her phone wallpaper features a very cozy photo of Timothy kissing her on the cheek.
The duo have been seen enjoying public displays of affection ever since they cuddled up to each other at the Renaissance show.
They were recently spotted together at a US Open tennis match in New York, where they once again leaned into the PDA.
