Tom Brady loses 10 pounds to ease ‘stress’ he’s been under since leaving NFL Entertainment

Since retiring from the NFL, Tom Brady has lost 10 pounds because of less stress in his life.

The 46-year-old retired quarterback left professional football in February – his hesitation to give up his sports career reportedly contributed to his split from Gisele Bündchen – and now says he feels worse as a result Healthier than ever.

He even avoids eating strawberries and nightshades.

In July, Tom revealed that he’s still sticking to his eating habits after retiring, telling People: “I don’t think it’s a strict diet. I think it’s just trying to make healthy choices that allow me to live my life.” The life I want.
