After more than two decades in the NFL, Brady ended his incredible football career for good.

He then went into business, investing in sports teams on both sides of the Atlantic.

During his 22-year career, the 6-foot-4 Brady weighed in at 225 pounds.

A strict diet and exercise routine helped him maintain his weight and maintain it at peak levels into his 40s.

During a recent episode of his popular podcast Let’s Go, the GOAT revealed that he has actually lost weight since leaving the league.

Co-host Larry Fitzgerald noted that Brady looks “five or seven pounds lighter” than when he played.

“I lost about 10 pounds, but I’m actually pretty healthy now,” Brady confirmed.

Fans noticed Brady looked super thin while he competed in the historic 24 Hours of Le Mans in June.

But the NFL legend assured fans that he is now in the best shape to prioritize working out without the pressure of football.

He continued: “I don’t have the pressure of playing, so it allows me to focus more on my physical health.”

“Physical and physical health is so important for all of us. Without it, what do we really have?

“There are so many other things you can prioritize: career, kids, relationships, family, the greater good, community.

“Ultimately, physical and mental health should be at the top of the pyramid.

“You know, because if we don’t have that — when we don’t have that — we have nothing.

“So why wait until your deathbed to start worrying about this?

“I learned it because I was lucky enough to learn it in my career and, well, if I couldn’t take care of myself, I wouldn’t have a career.

“But now, if I don’t take care of my life, I don’t have a life.”

Brady has stuck to a tried-and-true diet throughout his long 22-year career.

According to Men’s Journal, he avoids white sugar, dairy products, white flour, caffeine or iodized salt.

He makes sure to stock up on organic vegetables and lean meats every day.

“I’ve developed a lot of healthy habits and I just want to stick to them,” he told People magazine.

“I don’t think of (the diet) as a strict regimen. I think of it as just trying to make healthy choices that allow me to live the life I want.”

Brady will assume broadcast duties on Fox Sports through the 2024 season.

Last summer, GOAT signed a 10-year contract with the broadcast giant worth $375 million.

Brady divorced his wife of 13 years, Gisele Bundchen, in October last year, but has recently been involved in an affair with Russian supermodel Irina Shayk.
