In 1879, to compile the first English dictionary, the Oxford English Dictionary, Professor James Murray (Mel Gibson) turned to volunteers from all over the world for help. Among them is a man who signs himself WC Minor (Sean Penn), locked up in the Broadmoor Orphanage. A few years ago, due to a very severe paranoia, Minor, a surgeon, mistakenly killed a passerby, mistaking him for his imaginary stalker. A captivating feat of dictionary creation brought to the screen by Farhad Safinia. and even more beautiful if we think the adventurous story is inspired by a real story.

A woman is waiting for her man, who disappeared many years ago without any explanation. The guy and the more mature lady agreed to meet, but meeting in reality is more difficult than in a chat. An alcoholic boxer wants his ex back. The Carabinieri find the fugitive. Four teachers allow themselves a free evening. Cast Teresa Mannino, Christiane Capotondi, Philippe Leroy, Francesca Reggiani, Michela Andreozzi, Ruben Rigiglio.

Elvis Presley comes to life again in Baz Luhrmann’s blockbuster melodrama that tells the myth between truth and lies. It shows genius and weakness, falls and addictions. Austin Butler plays Elvis, while “Colonel” Parker, the man who became the singer’s manager and invented the star, is played by Tom Hanks. He sees the boy as a rock star and writes him down, creating a myth. Between them, a complex bond is born that will last until the end. Miuccia Prada collaborated with Oscar-winning costume designer Katherine Martin to create costumes for the film. Olivia DeJong is Priscilla Presley.
